Recycled/Upcycled Products Disclaimer:

Since our products are “recycled” in some form, there may be slight imperfections in the materials used.  We think this adds to the character and individuality of each item.

U.S. Shipping Options and Rates:

We pride ourselves in the quick handling of your orders with most items shipping within 48 hours of ordering; however some orders may take up to 5-7 business days to process. We will contact you if there is a delay in processing your order.

NOTE TO SEATTLE LOCALS: Feel free to contact us to avoid shipping costs. You are welcome to pick up your purchases please email us at orders@otravez-ecotique.com to make arrangements.

Shipping charges are based on orders totaling any amount. Please see below to estimate the standard shipping charge for your order:

• UPS Ground: $3 ($2.50 for more than one item)
• UPS 2nd Day: $4
• UPS Next Day: $7

In order to conserve energy and resources, Otra Vez ships on Wednesdays and Saturdays only. If you need your purchase sooner, please email us at orders@otravez-ecotique.com with Expedited Shipping in the subject line, and we will do our best to meet your needs. Business days for purposes of shipping time estimates are Wednesday and Saturday, excluding USA National and Federal Holidays.

- Shipping charges on large and odd-shaped items will be different from the charges listed above and will be calculated at the time of purchase.

- We use UPS for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.

International Orders:

Otra Vez  will ship anywhere in the world via USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 days). Shipping rates are determined by the order amount and ship-to address. We do not cover taxes or duty on international shipments, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs policies vary widely from country to country therefore we cannot predict what they will be. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax is charged at a flat rate of 9.50% for all orders shipped to a Washington address. No sales tax will be charged on orders outside of Washington.

Payment Method:

You may use any major credit card as per the current processing and acceptance policy at Paypal. Currently, all purchases are handled via Paypal where you are also given the option of using your own preferred Paypal payment method. Paypal has its own privacy and security policies, which you may view here

Return & Exchange Policy:

It is our goal at Otra Vez for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, please return it within 14 days for a full credit or refund (minus shipping costs). Any item returned after the initial 14 day period is available for exchange only.

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of your order at returns@otravez-ecotique.com to request a refund or exchange. If you decide to exchange an item that is defective, we will pay for the return shipping, as well as ship the replacement item for free. This is only for defective items.

All returns require a return authorization number (RA#). Please e-mail us at returns@otravez-ecotique.com to obtain an RA#. Specific return instructions and the return address will be sent via e-mail within 24 hours of the time your RA# is issued.
Your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days, however please be aware your credit card company may take up to 30 days to post your refund. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For your protection, we recommend that you return your item(s) in a manner requiring a signature to show proof of delivery and receipt.

We support the protection of your privacy. By signing up for this mailing list, your e-mail and personal information stays safe with us. It will not be sold or avaliable for anyone else to see other than the administrators of this site.  Otra Vez reserves the right to communicate with you from time to time about important administrative, policy, legal, credit card and billing matters, which may affect the use of our website. Otra Vez shoppers will automatically receive the following e-mails from us:

1) To contact you for customer feedback
2) To inform you of new lines and innovative designers
3) To provide you with early notification of special promotions and sales
4) To send you relevant service related information
5) To provide you with tips and creative ideas

If at any time you decide that you no longer wish to receive these types of emails, you may send and email to unsubscribe@otravez-ecotique.com requesting to be removed from our mailing list.  In addition, each email sent to you will provide you with the opportunity to discontinue receiving future emails.
